Features

The system consists of an L-bar sealer and a shrink tunnel. Products are manually sealed in an L-shape and then automatically conveyed into the shrink chamber to complete the shrink process.
The sealing blade is made from a high-temperature resistant alloy with anti-stick properties. It delivers clean, durable seals without cracking, burning, or producing smoke. A Teflon coating prevents film build-up.
A handwheel allows easy adjustment of the conveyor height for different product sizes.
Sealing time is precisely controlled via a timer relay to ensure consistent packaging quality.
The sliding film holder supports various shrink film sizes, and the perforation unit ensures smooth film feeding.
In the SLPSF-20LG/B model, sealing is fully driven by air cylinders, reducing manual effort and improving overall production efficiency.
