Features

The SLPSF-400LA is a fully automatic L-bar sealer designed for unmanned, high-speed packaging on production lines.
It features an automatic film feeding and perforation system, an adjustable film guiding unit, and a feeding conveyor platform—suitable for products of various widths and heights. The SLPSF-400LA model adds a tight-sealing function specifically for small-sized items.
The sealing blade is made of high-temperature-resistant aluminum alloy coated with DuPont Teflon. It ensures clean, crack-free seals with no burning, smoke, or pollution.
Equipped with imported photoelectric sensors for both horizontal and vertical detection, allowing smooth switching between modes. Even thin and small packages can be sealed effortlessly and reliably.
Film feed length is automatically adjusted through a combination of photo sensors and timers. An induction motor automatically rewinds the film waste.
Packaging size can be easily adjusted using a handwheel—no need to change molds or bag formers.
Supports multi-product or promotional combo packaging.
Uses an original Autonics PID digital temperature controller. The sealing temperature is extremely responsive and precise, and the blade includes an auto-protection mechanism to prevent product damage from overheating or miscuts.
Fully compatible with automated production lines for hands-free operation.
