This semi-automatic tray sealer is mainly used for fresh, chilled, frozen food package. It has very compact design with bottom die working like drawer. It is the best choice for small batch production. It can provide perfect packaging solutions for small food manufacturers, slaughterers and city packer.

Bottom die is driven by pneumatic, and the film unwinding and winding is automatic after sealing in every cycle. The process of modified atmosphere packaging is that the air around the product is extracted by the vacuum pump after the lower and upper dies are closed, and then the protective gas is flushed in, so as to enhance the color of the product and extend the shelf life.

The millimeter level photoeye sensor correctly positions registered printed top film, which ensure pattern in the middle of the package.
