Modified atmosphere packaging (M.A.P.) is adjusting the gas composition of food environment to inhibit biological activity and color change, slow down the deterioration rate, maintain food freshness and extend the shelf life.

1.Modular design, and continuously and automatically completes feeding, scanning, vacuuming, mixing fresh-keeping gas (CO2, N2, O2), gas flushing, sealing, film cutting, discharging etc..
It is suitable for sealing all kinds of film and tray including laminate film, tray made by PP, PET, PS.
The control system uses programmable logic controller (PLC), and the parameters can be set and modified through the touch screen, which makes operation flexible and easily.
The frame, protective covers and doors are made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel, which is easy to clean.
The sealing pressure, temperature, time and other parameters can be accurately controlled to reach the beat sealing result.
The millimeter level photoeye sensor correctly positions registered printed top film, which ensure pattern in the middle of the package.
The sealing die can be customized according to tray.
The whole machine is designed according to CE standard and uses international famous brand electrical components, so it runs safely and reliably.
Equipped three-dimension clamp has tray grabbing and taking driven by servo, which is stable and accurate position control.
The dual-mode displacement system (positive pressure displacement / vacuum displacement) can be switched at will to ensure the high speed and high displacement rate of the equipment
The MOCON gas mixer ensures the accurate proportion of gas mixing.
The speed of the front and rear conveyors can be adjusted to ensure the seamless connection to machine from upstream and downstream.
