System workflow:
- Products are conveyed and discharged into the top-mounted hopper
- The WALLABY bagging unit automatically dispenses pre-opened bags, blows them open, and receives the falling product
- After filling, each bag is heat-sealed
- Sealed bags drop onto a secondary conveyor
- Bags pass through an inline checkweigher, which verifies weight accuracy
- Based on weight result, bags are automatically sorted into pass/fail bins
- A final operator check ensures package appearance and sealing integrity

The machine automatically dispenses and opens each bag. As rings drop through the funnel, an internal counting system tracks the quantity. Once the preset count is reached, the bag is heat sealed.
Sealed bags drop onto a conveyor and are carried forward to a checkweigher station. Based on the measured weight, the system automatically sorts each bag into either the accepted bin or rejected bin, using a left/right dual-basket configuration.
