Each bag is first labeled automatically before being dispensed. The operator then inserts the tubing into the pre-labeled, pre-opened bag and lightly presses the front sealing bar to start the heat-sealing process. After sealing, the filled bag drops automatically, and the next bag is fed forward. An integrated air blower opens the new bag mouth, enabling a smooth and continuous packing cycle.
The system supports pneumatic (SLP-DS02A/03A) and electromagnetic (SLP-DS02F) drive options, running at 8–25 bags per minute depending on the material and cycle time. It’s ideal for long-format components such as electronic tubes, wires, hoses, labels, or medical tubing.
Optional features—like custom infeed guides, thermal transfer printers, and label applicators—enhance automation and traceability. This makes it a smart solution for small-batch runs in electronics, medical devices, or auxiliary packaging lines.
