The SelectFoam/Tiger is a fully electric foam-in-place packaging system that produces protective foam cushions with just the press of a button. The film bag is automatically filled with expanding liquid foam, either in batch production or directly at the packing station. As the foam expands and solidifies, it conforms to the shape of the packaged product, creating a secure mold that absorbs impact and prevents shifting during transit. This process provides reliable, custom-fit protection for a wide range of packaging needs.

The TIGER system does not use pre-made bags.
It works with roll film, and the bag length is adjustable based on your machine settings.
If the packed product is longer than 1 meter, we usually recommend using multiple foam bags rather than one extra-long bag. This offers better protection and is more practical during operation.
The Dispenser Solution is used to treat the mixing nozzle after each foaming cycle. Its purpose is to dilute residual material on the nozzle and help prevent buildup during operation.
There is also a separate cleaning solution used for equipment maintenance and deep cleaning. This item cannot be exported, but it can be sourced locally on your side.
The consumable for the Tiger Foam-in-Bag system is not a pre-made bag roll. It is a roll of folded film.
When the operator sets the bag length and starts bag production, the machine automatically creates the bag during the feeding process. At the same time, it seals the side edges of the bag while the nozzle begins injecting the A & B chemicals into the bottom area.
In other words, the bag is formed and filled almost simultaneously — all within one continuous process.
