SelectAuto/WALLABY Auto Bagging Machines are designed to assist manual packing stations by automating repetitive bagging tasks. They help reduce operator strain and improve both efficiency and consistency. The system is simple to use—just two setup steps and you’re ready to go.

Available in pneumatic and electric models, the series fits various work environments and runs at 10–35 bags per minute. It supports a wide range of PE roll bags in different materials and sizes.

The machine offers multiple activation modes, including foot pedal, soft-touch button, sensor trigger, and inline operation. It works seamlessly with single, continuous, and segmented bagging formats. Built-in batch and total count tracking makes it easy to monitor output and manage production.

At its core, the system combines a proprietary temperature control algorithm with patented Spark sensing technology. This ensures precise sealing alignment and clean, reliable seal quality—meeting high standards for appearance and seal integrity.

Video Description

This video presents a complete WALLABY bagging line designed to automate the entire process of feeding, bagging, weighing, and sorting. The line centers around the SLP-DS02B/03B model and demonstrates how multiple modules can work together in a synchronized system.

System workflow:

  1. Products are conveyed and discharged into the top-mounted hopper
  2. The WALLABY bagging unit automatically dispenses pre-opened bags, blows them open, and receives the falling product
  3. After filling, each bag is heat-sealed
  4. Sealed bags drop onto a secondary conveyor
  5. Bags pass through an inline checkweigher, which verifies weight accuracy
  6. Based on weight result, bags are automatically sorted into pass/fail bins
  7. A final operator check ensures package appearance and sealing integrity

This solution reflects modular automation integration, allowing upstream feeding and downstream inspection to be configured per application needs. Additional components such as labelers, printers, barcode scanners, and ERP-connected controls can be added on request.
