Features

The SLPGH-3015L is a cost-effective, fully automatic side sealer developed in-house. Designed for high-volume production lines, it integrates feeding, conveying, sealing, and shrinking into one streamlined process, enabling unmanned operation and high efficiency. It handles products of various widths and heights with ease.
The sealing system features a vertically driven horizontal blade and a constant-temperature side sealing unit. The seal line remains straight, firm, and centered on the product, ensuring a neat and professional appearance.
Product size adjustments are made using a handwheel, eliminating the need to change molds. This simplifies operation and improves reliability.
The system is equipped with an advanced PLC controller, along with safety protection and alarm functions. The sealing process runs smoothly and stably, requiring minimal maintenance.
Film feeding length is precisely controlled through a combination of photoelectric sensors and a timer, ensuring accurate film usage and consistent shrink results.
The machine includes both horizontal and vertical photo sensors, allowing mode switching based on product dimensions. Even thin or small items can be sealed easily and reliably.
Waste film is automatically rewound by a dedicated motor. Tension is well-balanced to avoid tearing or slack, and film removal is quick and convenient.
An optional air-blowing device can be added to enhance shrink film conformity and improve final package appearance.
Optional powered infeed conveyor and non-powered discharge table are available to support more flexible automation setups.
