Specialty Shrink Film

Hot Perforated Film and Cold Perforated Film refer to types of plastic films that have been perforated, or punctured with holes, to allow for certain functional properties, typically using different methods based on the temperature at which the perforation is applied.

We offer We hot perforation & cold perforation services for all our film varieties!

Hot Perforated Film

This type of film is perforated using a heat process. The heat creates clean and precise holes in the film. The primary advantage of using heat for perforation is that it can seal the edges around the holes, preventing the film from tearing further. Hot perforated films are often used in packaging applications where controlled ventilation is needed, such as in the packaging of fresh produce, baked goods, or other items that might condense moisture.

Cold Perforated Film

In contrast, cold perforated film is made by mechanically punching holes into the film at room temperature without the application of heat. This method is simpler and faster but does not seal the edges around the holes, which can sometimes lead to tearing or further expansion of the holes under stress. Cold perforated films are suitable for applications where quick and easy ventilation is required without the need for the precision and edge sealing provided by hot perforation.

Single-Layer High-Speed Packaging Film

This specialty film is designed specifically for pillow-pack machines and is engineered for high-speed packaging. It offers enhanced strength and can seal quickly, accommodating packaging speeds of over 200 packs per minute.

38-Micron Cross-Linked Film

This film combines elasticity and durability with excellent optical properties to protect your products. It is a cross-linked film, specifically designed for heavy-duty packaging, offering an alternative to traditional corrugated cardboard or thick PE film packaging. It provides customers with continuous, economical, and durable packaging solutions, suitable for most packaging machinery.

Features:

  • Cost Advantage: More cost-effective than corrugated cardboard packaging.
  • All-in-One Packaging: Requires minimal auxiliary materials such as tape, inner bags, and straps.
  • Reduces Size and Weight: Lowers transportation and storage costs by minimizing the space needed for both packaging materials and packaged products.
  • Simplified Packaging Material: One type replaces several; high transparency allows for easy inspection of contents, assuring customers of complete and intact product packaging.

Anti-Static Film

This is a heat shrink film with superior static control capabilities, featuring a low resistance surface that provides inherent anti-static properties, ensuring lasting stability for products. It retains all the ideal characteristics of a perfect shrink film, such as sealability, rapid shrinkage, and broad compatibility with various machines. The film’s high transparency also makes it easier to clearly see the components inside the packaged products.

Features:

  • Lasting Anti-Static Protection: Free from amine components.
  • Stable Resistance Coefficient on Film Surface: Ensures consistent performance.
  • Sealing and Shrink Performance: Easily seals on standard machines with quick shrink capabilities.
