It can operate independently or be integrated with a production line to complete automatic feeding, film wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling, and shaping in a single streamlined process. It is ideal for high-volume tape packaging and supports products with various diameters and widths.
The system incorporates advanced international technology and manufacturing techniques, delivering reliable and stable performance.
It features a high-performance PLC control system with multiple safety and alarm functions. The sealing process runs continuously and reliably with minimal maintenance and no frequent part replacement.
Different packaging formats can be configured and switched directly through the touchscreen interface, with real-time production counting available.
The sealing knife is specially designed to produce clean and strong seals that resist cracking and are less prone to film sticking.
The infeed section uses a belt-type conveyor for smooth and fast product transfer. An optional color mark positioning system can be added to enhance packaging accuracy.
Imported photoelectric sensors are used for precise positioning across various product sizes.
The SLPSF-5030E shrink tunnel is equipped with dual imported blower motors, ensuring uniform hot air circulation and tight, visually appealing shrink results.
The conveyor uses a high-temperature Teflon-coated belt, which is durable and ensures stable product handling.
Conveyor speed is controlled by a Schneider variable frequency drive, allowing stepless speed adjustment for smooth and adaptable operation.
