This automatic tray sealer is mainly used for packaging fresh, chilled and frozen foods with pre-made tray. It is equipped with three-dimensional moving clamp, which can grab the trays aligned at infeed easily and precisely. Especially, the three-dimension clamp with moving up is suitable for taking tray with some liquid in and as well as full of product. And it is the best choice for big volume continuous production. It provides perfect packaging solutions for large and medium-sized food producers, slaughterers and city distributors.
Modified atmosphere packaging (M.A.P.) is adjusting the gas composition of food environment to inhibit biological activity and color change, slow down the deterioration rate, maintain food freshness and extend the shelf life.
