SLPGH-6030A adopts advanced international technology and manufacturing techniques to ensure stable and reliable performance. It also features automatic daily output counting.
The sensor-based film feeding system automatically controls film output based on product length, effectively reducing film waste, improving material utilization, and lowering operating costs.
Equipped with an original Autonics digital temperature controller, the system provides real-time temperature display and precise control for consistent sealing results.
The infeed conveyor features a stepless mechanical speed regulator, allowing flexible adjustment to meet different production demands.
An advanced PLC controller combined with an intelligent touch screen provides integrated control of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
The sealing system uses a specially designed three-blade cutter that creates strong, clean seals without cracking or sticking, ensuring durability and performance.
