Each bag is first labeled automatically before being dispensed. The operator then inserts the tubing into the pre-labeled, pre-opened bag and lightly presses the front sealing bar to start the heat-sealing process. After sealing, the filled bag drops automatically, and the next bag is fed forward. An integrated air blower opens the new bag mouth, enabling a smooth and continuous packing cycle.<\/p>\n

The system supports pneumatic (SLP-DS02A<\/a>\/03A<\/a>) and electromagnetic (SLP-DS02F<\/a>) drive options, running at 8\u201325 bags per minute depending on the material and cycle time.
