  • The SLPGH-600LV is a fully automatic L-bar sealing machine independently developed by our company. It integrates feeding, conveying, sealing, and shrinking into one continuous process. Designed for high-volume production, it is especially suitable for larger or taller products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The sealing system adopts a vertical up-down motion, providing even sealing pressure. This structure eliminates issues common in traditional L-sealers, such as wrinkles or off-center seals, and delivers clean, well-aligned results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Equipped with an advanced PLC controller, the machine offers stable operation, safety protection, and alarm functions. The sealing process runs smoothly without the need for frequent part replacement, and both operation and maintenance are simple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Film feeding length is precisely controlled through a combination of photo sensors and a timer, ensuring accurate film placement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The machine is fitted with both horizontal and vertical photoelectric sensors, which can be switched as needed. Even thin or small packages can be sealed easily and reliably.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Film waste is automatically rewound by a dedicated motor. Tension is properly controlled to prevent looseness or tearing, and the waste film is easy to remove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sealing height can be adjusted via motorized control with a simple button press, accommodating products of various heights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The SLPSF-6040LG shrink tunnel features twin imported blower motors that distribute hot air evenly throughout the chamber, producing smooth and consistent shrink results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The conveyor system uses solid steel rods covered with imported silicone tubing for durability and product protection. Custom conveyor materials are available upon request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conveyor speed is controlled by a variable frequency drive, allowing stepless speed adjustment to match production needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A high-volume cooling system ensures fast shaping after shrink-wrapping. An optional aluminum work table can be installed at the discharge end to prevent finished products from falling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
